Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know if I have an website account? If you have gotten emails from the Fox Chapel Association you have an account. To our knowledge, all residents have accounts. If you do not have one, use the Contact Us form.
2. How do I find my username? You can find your username by going to the Login page and selecting Forgot Username. You will be prompted to enter an email address. Use the email address that Fox Chapel emails are sent to. If you don't know that, use the Contact Us link to confirm you have an account.
3. How to I find my password? You can reset your password by going to the Login page and selecting Forgot Password. You will be prompted to enter an email address.  Use the email address that Fox Chapel emails are sent to. A link to reset the password will be sent to that email.  If you don't know that email address, use the Contact Us link to confirm you have an account. 
4. How can I change my email address? If you can login (see 2 and 3 above) you can reset your email address using the Your Profile link that is at the top right after you have logged in. 
5. How can I change my username? If you can login (see 2 and 3 above) you can reset your username using the Your Profile link that is at the top right after you have logged in. 
6. Who can see the items in my directory profile? When originally set up, directory items were set so that only logged in members can see your directory profile. You can change this by clicking tothe Your Profile link at the upper right after you login to the website. There is an option to Update Directory Preferences. You can choose to hide your profile from everyone. You can also choose for each item whether to make it visible to everyone, to members (who are logged into the website), or to hide it form everyone.
